The picket fence and old school brick patio was not in line with the San Francisco modern esthetic that the client was looking for. We remedied this by installing wooden steps, a black basalt stone patio, and created a pathway with modern beach pebbles topped with stepping stones. Although some of the original aspects of the yard were left in place, such as the artificial turf, this renovation really transformed the look and feel of the space, and gave the homeowners the upgrade that they were looking for.
