About John

John is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island’s Landscape Architecture program, but that is not where his journey began. He grew up placing rocks alongside his father and grandfather, so the art of stonework is literally in his blood. John has always had a love for plants and nature, as well as a skill for drawing. He recognized that he could take his family craft farther than the stoneyard, which is why he decided to study Landscape Design and marry his passions and skills into a cohesive business model where he could do all the things he loves on a daily basis, while transforming the lives of his clients.

About Spyce

Spyce is a creative entrepreneur who has worn (and wears) many hats! Her love of design started back when she was a teenager making flyers for her rock band, but then extended into the more tangible spaces when she bought and flipped her first house in 2005.

Since then, she and John have flipped quite a few more distressed houses, as she loves when an unused space is transformed into a beautiful area that people can enjoy. This love of growth and transformation works well in the landscape design business, and in helping clients to recognize their property’s full potential.

Spyce has spent many years as a relationship coach, and is also a published author, prolific performer, and talented musician. Her love of real estate started back in 2005 on the East Coast, and she is now a licensed CA Realtor. Spyce excels at helping others to manifest their dreams, just as well as she manifests her own.

We often hire people who may come to us from other industries, and we encourage a space of growth and connection among our team members.

We see this work as an opportunity to delve into the natural elements, get physical exercise, and become a proud transformation agent to turn the unused into beautiful spaces that can be enjoyed by homeowners and friends.Β
