Peaceful Patio In a Tropical Paradise

This blank slate of a backyard used to be a parking lot, and the homeowner had been waiting for years to turn the space into her own personal paradise. We installed a beautiful garden with banana trees, Japanese Maples, flowering plants, as well as a custom built redwood garden box so she could have fresh veggies right at home. The poured concrete paver patio provides a relaxing space to sit with her dog, who also got his very own thyme patch to lie in and soak up the sun. Yuba river stone path with stepping stones of shiny Antique Gold led to the outside world. The front yard also received a makeover that included beautiful turquoise boulders, another yuba river path, an island of flowering plants, and larger trees to provide just enough privacy from passersby, while still allowing them a glimpse of this gorgeous garden.
